Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the Director, the RN Manager PACU Same Day Surgery coordinates and supervises the patient care and assignment of all patient care team members and assesses the overall needs of the unit related to patient acuity and staffing. The Manager collaborates with the Nursing Supervisor and Director for participation in quality improvement, assists with the assessment of educational opportunities, and provides hands-on patient care coaching. What qualifications you will need:
  • Graduate of an accredited school, current RN license in GA or eNCL required; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required
  • 5+ years of experience in related area required; supervisory experience in surgical services preferred
