Flex Security Officer

Location: Ambridge, PA and surrounding areas

Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and flexible Flex Security Officers to provide coverage for scheduled and unscheduled shifts at our Ambridge location and nearby client sites. This position is ideal for individuals with open availability who are willing to fill in as needed.

Position Details:

  • Part-time, flex/on-call position (as needed)
  • No guaranteed schedule or minimum hours
  • Must be available to cover all shifts (days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays) as needed
  • Assignments may be at the Ambridge site or other nearby locations

Responsibilities:

  • Fill in for open shifts due to vacations, call-offs, and staffing needs
  • Perform general security duties, including patrols, access control, and monitoring assigned locations
  • Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents
  • Complete required reports and documentation
  • Provide professional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment

Qualifications:

  • Security experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
  • Must have reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to successfully clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, professional, and able to respond to staffing needs with short notice
  • Open availability and willingness to work a variety of shifts and locations
