Job Skills / Requirements

Armed Flex Officer

Location: Vienna, WV, Belpre & Marietta OH, and surrounding areas

Schedule: All days and shifts / Must have open availability / 20+ hours per week

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Requirements: Valid driver's license with 5+ years clean driving record. Own, reliable transportation. Open availability to work flexible hours as needed. Willingness to travel between sites within coverage area. 2+ years security experience, preferably patrol or mobile. Concealed Carry Permit. Own firearm. Ability to obtain OH security guard card. Ability to obtain TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card. Clean drug screen. Physical screening.

** Please note: This position is part-time to start, with the potential to go full-time. **

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and professional Armed Flex Security Officers to join our team. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to fill in at multiple locations as needed. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism, situational awareness, and customer service while ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and property.

Responsibilities
  • Provide armed security presence and patrol assigned locations.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and control access points; verify credentials as required.
  • Complete detailed incident and activity reports.
  • Maintain a visible deterrent to crime, theft, and vandalism.
  • Support client needs across multiple sites as required.
  • Follow company and client policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Education Requirements (All)

HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Driver's License OH Guard Card WV Concealed Carry License TWIC card Personal firearm ownership

This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.

Relocation is not required and travel is required for day trips only
