Job description

A top-tier health system in Missouri (MO) seeks a Gastroenterologist Physician (GI) to join their collegial team outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Easy commute from the St. Louis Metro Area.
• Joining an established practice with mentorship available
• 3-4 days of scopes per week
• As few as 3 days of clinic per month once established - "I've never had to go find patients, I have always been as full as I want to be." - Current GI
• Efficient staff with averages of 12-16 scopes per day
• EMR-EPIC and AI Scribe
• Little to no turnover regarding support staff
• Physician-led organization - "This is the most physician friendly environment I have ever worked in" - ICU Physician
Compensation:
• Two-year guarantee of $800,000
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000
• Student loan repayment
• Relocation assistance
• Initial package over $910,000
