Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion

  • Supervise field crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality workmanship

  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA and NYC SST requirements

  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines

  • Conduct daily site walks and inspections to ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers and inspectors

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, safety logs, and progress documentation

  • Mentor and develop field personnel, including hiring and managing skilled tradespeople

  • Proactively identify and resolve jobsite issues to minimize delays and rework

  • Must be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and handle equipment and tasks alongside the crew when necessary

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role

  • Strong background in commercial structural concrete repair, masonry, and coating systems

  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple jobsite priorities

  • Required: NYC SST Supervisor Certification

  • OSHA 30

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel as project demands require
