Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Exceptional ability to resolve technical challenges
  • Exceptional ability to enable product flow
  • Exceptional ability to lift others around them
  • Laptop diagnostics and grading
  • Server diagnostics, grading, and value routing
  • Hard Drive and SSD wiping and repair
  • Ram and other component testing
  • Ability to spot and properly route valuable products accordingly
  • Operation of diagnostic software
  • Creates Labels, scans barcodes and Manually enters serial number and model numbers.
  • Sort electronic products by product type and value
  • Safely removes electronic components by model or part number.
  • Tears down remaining equipment and sorts by material

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of professional IT experience
  • IT experience, Certifications, or Vo tech/Associate degree preferred
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Interest in ITAD industry
