Job description

  • Lead the end-to-end management of technological and space projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Act as the main interface with ESA stakeholders, ensuring proper technical and contractual alignment.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (systems, software, hardware, AIT, telecommunications), ensuring successful integration of complex SATCOM solutions.
  • Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and key milestones, including ESA reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, QR, AR).
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, financial, and schedule risks.
  • Manage and control the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with ECSS standards, quality processes, and configuration management.
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors within the project ecosystem.
