Join Our Team as a Property Manager!

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in our community? Do you have a strong background in property management and a desire to help those in need? If so, SRO Housing Corporation is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and supportive housing for homeless and very low-income individuals in the DTLA Skid Row Community.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage property operations including inspections, cash management, and onboarding new residents
  • Ensure quality of service and tenant satisfaction through effective house meetings and complaint resolution 
  • Oversee property maintenance, sanitation, and 
  • Handle rent collections, Notices, Delinquent Accounts and Evictions
  • Prepare property of LAHD/HACLA/Move-in Inspections

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00

Maximum Salary: $46,000.00
