Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Data Engineer (QA) to join their team. The role involves extensive experience in data testing and validation, particularly with ETL processes, as well as automation scripting and working with various testing tools.
Responsibilities:
• 7+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of experience in data testing and data validation
• Experience in testing ETL, ELT or similar process with Unix/Linux
• Experience in writing SQLs queries for ETL testing and databases testing to understand data integration designs and validate testing of data flows. Capable of understanding, writing and tuning complex SQL statements
• Hands-on experience writing test automation scripts with one or more of the tools: Java, python, JavaScript, Node.js, AWS
• Familiarity with test engineering any tools such as JUnit, Selenium Webdriver, Enterprise Test automation framework, Unix Shell scripting, JIRA, GIT, and SQL
• Experience with one or more framework tool such as Robot Framework, Cucumber, BDD, TestNG framework
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools to integrate the Automation scripts
• Possess experience in Test Planning, execution, tracking tool
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in one or more technologies such as, Informatica Power Center, Linux/Unix, Kafka, Kubernetes and Kubernetes ecosystem, AWS
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to multiple levels of the organization
• Data Modeling experience
• Experience reading and writing code in any language
