Kavaliro is seeking a bilingual project manager for a top technology firm here in Jacksonville, Florida.
Bilingual Software Project Manager (English and Mandarin)
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage the entire software project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate the project team, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress of the project.
  • Define project objectives, scope, risks, and resource requirements, and establish project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage project budget, oversee costs, and resource utilization.
  • Regularly report project status and progress to the management.
  • Foster teamwork and improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Familiar with SaaS products, SDKs, mobile applications, proprietary applications.
  • Experience in software project management preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a complex environment.
