The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds world-class experiences to help Selling Partners across the world bring great selection at low prices for our shopping Customers.
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to drive the effort to provide a world-class Customer shopping experience by improving the quality of selection in our stores.
Key job responsibilities
*Own and improve the end to end process for improving selection quality
*Map out workflows and improve them over time
*Work with other team members to apply automation needed to reach Amazon scale
*Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations across Business, Operations, Analytics, and Tech
*Maintain focus on Selling Partner and Customer experience while delivering program
*Write crisp narratives and represent progress in their areas to senior leadership
*Make smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication to guarantee smooth delivery
About the team
The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds world-class experiences to help Selling Partners across the world bring great selection at low prices for our shopping customers. The Listings team within CSPE is responsible for the tools and services Selling Partners use to do this, as well as the listing policies and guidance put into place to make sure they're successful.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
