Overview:
We are seeking a Release & Cutover Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale production deployments and go-lives for revenue-critical systems. This role requires proven ownership of multi-system cutovers, high-stakes go/no-go decision-making, and the ability to deliver in ambiguous environments where requirements may evolve during execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-scale cutovers and go-lives, including release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and post-launch stabilization
  • Own multi-system dependencies across platforms such as Salesforce, pricing engines, billing, data platforms, and legacy system coexistence
  • Manage high-risk, manual or semi-manual deployments
  • Perform advanced risk identification and mitigation, translating technical issues into business and revenue impact
  • Provide clear recommendations and tradeoffs to executives, and push back on timelines when readiness is insufficient
  • Deliver in ambiguous, evolving environments where full requirements may not be defined upfront
  • Operate within formal governance and release disciplines (enterprise PMO, regulated or revenue-critical systems)
  • Make release-day decisions including handling failed readiness or rollback scenarios
