RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Senior Developer.
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer for a full-time opportunity focused on building, supporting, and enhancing enterprise CRM solutions. This role will design and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and the broader Power Platform ecosystem, partnering closely with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE development, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure integrations, and application lifecycle management. This person will be responsible for custom development, integrations, technical design, troubleshooting, solution deployment, and ensuring scalable CRM solutions across multiple environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development experience
* Experience with Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Marketing modules
* Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript development experience
* Experience developing Dataverse/CDS plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript web resources
* Experience building Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps
* Experience with Power Pages/Portals and PCF controls
* Strong understanding of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and solution architecture
* Experience with DualWrite and data transformation between CE and Finance & Supply Chain
* Azure integration experience including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
* Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management
* Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and Web API development
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE security, licensing, deployment, and ALM best practices
* Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
* Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, or MB-240
* Power BI integration and embedded analytics experience
* Dynamics 365 Field Service scheduling or IoT integration experience
* Agile/Scrum delivery experience
* Prior consulting or systems integrator experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
