We are hiring for a Senior Integration Developer - IBM API Connect Lead opportunity.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer with strong hands on experience in IBM API Connect (APIC) to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise integration and API solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API development, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, API security, and enterprise integration technologies while providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise API and integration solutions.
• Develop and manage APIs using IBM API Connect (APIC) and related middleware technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Deploy and manage API solutions using AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Implement API security standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and TLS.
• Configure and support IBM DataPower Gateway and API Gateway policies.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through design guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior developers.
• Design secure, reusable, and scalable integration services aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in release planning, production support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Ensure API governance, monitoring, logging, performance, and operational best practices are followed.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in integration, API development, and middleware technologies.
• 5+ years of hands on experience with IBM API Connect (APIC).
• Hands on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience designing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of IBM DataPower Gateway.
• Experience with API security including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and TLS.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Strong understanding of cloud native API deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
• IBM MQ.
• IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).
• Red Hat OpenShift.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Microservices architecture.

Education Requirement:
