What You'll Do
As a Senior CMDB Infrastructure Engineer, , you will be the go-to expert for Tier 3 technical support and strategic implementation of the ServiceNow Discovery toolset. Your mission: ensure full enablement of discovery capabilities, capture critical assets and applications across global sites, and seamlessly integrate this intelligence into the CMDB-mapping interdependencies and relationships to deliver a single source of truth.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead Discovery & CMDB Integration: Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to achieve comprehensive visibility of enterprise assets and applications.
  • Drive Innovation: Pilot AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance CMDB governance and discovery processes.
