Senior Full-Stack React Developer

Interview: Virtual (Read the MUST HAVES and screen candidates properly) Visa: USC and GC Hybrid: Miramar, FL and Addison, TX (need local) Must have excellent, clear communication

This role is hands-on, requiring deep expertise in React (TypeScript, Redux), Node.js, and backend technologies, with experience in building scalable applications using micro-frontend architectures. You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing customer-facing features and services, particularly in the retail and e-commerce domain. As a senior member of the team, you will be involved in full software development lifecycle activities โ€” from planning and design to development and deployment โ€” while mentoring junior developers and actively participating in Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using React (TypeScript, Redux) on the frontend and Node.js/Java on the backend.
  • API Development: Build RESTful and serverless APIs to support dynamic, data-driven applications.
  • Database Management: Implement and manage SQL and NoSQL databases for both transactional and analytical needs.
  • Micro-Frontend Architecture: Develop modular, maintainable code using micro-frontend principles.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers in daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and design reviews.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Contribute to and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline, ensuring rapid and reliable deployment.
  • Testing: Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application stability and quality.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to team members; contribute to code reviews and best practice development.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on React full-stack web development.
  • Proficient in React, TypeScript, Redux, and component-based architecture.
  • Experience with Angular is a plus.
  • Expertise in Node.js (serverless frameworks preferred); exposure to Java is a bonus.
  • Experience with micro-frontend architectures and building scalable front-end applications.
  • API & Databases: Strong experience building RESTful APIs and working with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Proficiency with source control tools like Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
