Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is typically required. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution skills help foster collaboration and motivate teams. These abilities are essential for successfully delivering complex projects, driving innovation, and ensuring team productivity and satisfaction.
