Senior Data Engineer

Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months+

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the design, deployment, and stabilization of an enterprise API platform across multi-cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires strong experience with Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, and API platform technologies.

The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to build scalable cloud-native solutions, automate deployments, and support enterprise modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes environments across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
  • Support enterprise API platform deployments and integrations.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Configure and support multi-cloud environments across Azure and GCP.
  • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and readiness.
  • Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and platform improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS/GKE).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience working in Azure cloud environments.
  • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise.
