If you can coordinate a complex multi-asset onboarding while keeping an ultra-high-net-worth client completely at ease, we should talk.
The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a premier, highly respected Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Los Angeles to find a Senior Client Service / Advisory Associate (CSA) to help their elite team scale. This firm has spent decades building a culture centered entirely on client trust, and they need a self-motivated operational master to support their top wealth management teams.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • The Client Lifeline: Act as the primary operational liaison between elite wealth advisors, their clients, and internal departments to execute investment strategies and resolve complex inquiries seamlessly.
  • Onboarding Orchestrator: Manage the entire end-to-end new client process-from gathering deep background info and prepping high-level meetings to handling multi-layered account documentation and asset transfers.
  • Asset Allocation Coordination: Oversee the structural paperwork and operational plumbing required for asset allocations, reallocations, and investment strategy updates.
  • Strategic Problem Solver: Utilize a deep understanding of RIA operations to conduct research, solve service gaps, anticipate client needs, and participate in firm-wide projects.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • The Pedigree: Deep, hands-on experience in a similar Client Service or Advisory support role specifically within an established RIA and/or Brokerage Firm.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong, comprehensive understanding of wealth management concepts, financial practices, and industry compliance procedures.
  • The Mindset: You are a high-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, organizes workflows effortlessly, and hits deadlines within tight timeframes.
  • Tech & Education: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). A BA/BS degree in Finance or a related field is highly preferred.
  • The Rules: You must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization, as this role cannot support sponsorship now or in the future.
