Job description


We are recruiting an experienced Senior Client Services Associate to support high-net-worth client insurance portfolios. This role combines hands-on portfolio management with team leadership, ensuring accurate execution, strong service delivery and effective collaboration across internal teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a small client services team by managing workloads, providing training, and reviewing deliverables.
  • Serve as a point of contact between team members and management.
  • Assist clients and advisors with insurance portfolio inquiries, analysis, and documentation.
  • Obtain and review policy data, illustrations, and carrier information.
  • Prepare premium invoices, policy summaries, portfolio reviews and customized reporting.
  • Process policy changes, claims, surrenders and withdrawals through completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and analysts on complex requests.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of client service experience in the insurance industry
  • Prior experience in a senior or leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products (e.g., term, whole life, UL, VUL)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Insurance or financial licenses (preferred)

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
