Job description

About Us

Toothworks Square One Dental is a busy, patient-focused clinic serving one of Mississauga's most vibrant communities. As part of the Toothworks (Dentalcorp) network, we're committed to delivering top-notch dental care in a welcoming, energetic environment — and we're looking for the right person to be the face and voice of our clinic.

The Role

If you're passionate about patient experience, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly — this one's for you.

This is a front-line role that blends reception, treatment coordination, and patient communication. You'll be the first impression patients have of our clinic, and the steady presence that keeps our team organized and our patients informed. We need someone with a "whatever it takes" attitude, a naturally warm personality, and the ability to bring their best self to work every single day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and manage front desk operations with efficiency and warmth.
  • Schedule appointments, manage confirmations, and handle multi-line phone inquiries.
  • Verify, submit, and follow up on insurance claims accurately and promptly.
  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients, including Invisalign, periodontal, and orthodontic treatments.
  • Manage collections and support achievement of clinic operational goals.
  • Use Abeldent software to maintain patient records, treatment plans, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate treatment planning with our Periodontist and Orthodontist.
  • Support the clinical team with day-to-day workflow and miscellaneous operational needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous dental office experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Abeldent dental software strongly preferred; experience with any dental practice management software is an asset.
  • Comfortable operating a multi-line phone system in a high-volume environment.
  • Flexible availability — must be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Naturally puts people at ease — warm, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about patient care.
  • Positive, dependable, and able to bring focus and energy to every shift.

How to Apply

Ready to be a key part of an exceptional patient experience? Submit your resume and a brief cover letter through Indeed. We look forward to hearing from you.

Toothworks is committed to an inclusive and welcoming workplace and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
