Job description

We are seeking a mid-level SQL Server DBA with hands-on experience in database creation, administration, and support. The role involves managing SQL Server environments, ensuring performance, availability, security, and reliable backup & recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Create and manage databases, schemas, tables, indexes, and stored procedures
  • Perform backups, restores, and routine maintenance activities
  • Monitor and tune database performance
  • Implement security, access control, and compliance standards
  • Support production issues and collaborate with development teams

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Hands-on database creation and administration
  • T-SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Backup & recovery, HA/DR exposure preferred

Good to Have:
  • Always On / Replication / Log Shipping
