Position Overview

The Product Specialist supports the development, enhancement, and delivery of investment and technology-driven products. This role partners across business, technology, and data teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.The ideal candidate has a strong interest infinancial products, technology platforms, data analytics,AI, andstrategic product thinkingand thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives and projects that drive impact across technology and investment product domains, contributing to the evolution of capabilities, solutions, and strategic priorities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and operations.

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable insights, serve as a liaison between IT and the business, showing strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Analyze product performance and data using analytical tools and dashboards.

  • Assistwith product launches,product roadmaps,and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate product updates, insights, and recommendations toseniorstakeholders.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, financial markets, emerging technologies, andpossessstrong AI &dataliteracy.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology,Computer Science, or DataAnalyticspreferred.

  • Interest in financial markets, investment products, and financial services technology, including how digital platforms deliver and support client experiences.

  • Proficiencyin Excel and exposure to analytical tools or programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R through coursework, projects, or internships.

  • Ability to analyze data,identifytrends, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights to support product and business decisions.

  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn, with an interest in applying data and technology to enhance product performance and client outcomes.
