The Treasury Management Analytics Analyst II independently transforms Treasury Management data into actionable insights and delivers reporting solutions that support operational performance, product strategy, and decision-making. This role develops data-driven narratives that inform and influence leadership, while functioning as a strategic support partner without direct ownership of business decisions. Operating with minimal supervision, the Analyst II manages moderately complex datasets and reporting needs, and may provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. The role contributes to automation and process improvement initiatives and partners closely with business stakeholders to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.


  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights and translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and business-relevant reporting outputs and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across deliverables.
  • Execute automation of reporting processes and workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across reporting and analytics.
  • Improve reporting efficiency through scalable tools and standardized practices.
  • Partner with business teams to gather and define reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance standardized metrics, KPIs, and reporting definitions.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Support data governance, validation, and quality control processes.
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Maintain documentation to support reporting, governance, and audit readiness.

  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to independently solve problems.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing effective dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.

  • Proven ability to build dashboards and deliver insights independently.

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Required: 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or Treasury operations.

  • Minimum Required: None.

  • Minimum Required: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data modeling), Strong SQL and data querying experience, Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Preferred: Experience with automation or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), Familiarity with APIs and data integration concepts.
