TEHORA est presentement a la recherche d'un(e) conseiller en intelligence d'affaires ayant une solide experience dans son domaine d'expertise afin de contribuer a des projets technologiques structurants pour des organisations publiques et privees.
Sans etre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
- Analyser les besoins en intelligence d'affaires et recommander des solutions adaptees ;
- Concevoir et implementer des tableaux de bord et rapports analytiques (Power BI, Tableau) ;
- Collaborer avec les equipes metiers pour identifier les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) ;
- Participer a la modelisation des donnees et a l'integration des systemes BI ;
- Automatiser la collecte et le traitement des donnees ;
- Documenter les processus et les solutions mises en place ;
- Former les utilisateurs sur les outils d'intelligence d'affaires ;
- Assurer la conformite aux normes de securite et de gouvernance des donnees.
Requirements
- Baccalaureat ou maitrise en informatique, gestion, statistiques ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente) ;
- Minimum 5 ans d'experience en intelligence d'affaires ou analytique, dont 2 ans en BI ;
- Posseder les certifications : Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist (atout) ;
- Maitrise des outils BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) ;
- Connaissance des bases de donnees (SQL, NoSQL) et des entrepots de donnees ;
- Experience avec les outils ETL (SSIS, Talend, Informatica) ;
- Comprehension des enjeux de gouvernance des donnees.
