The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming, with hands-on experience building cloud-native applications and backend microservices. The role involves designing and developing backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building and consuming REST APIs, integrating with databases and messaging platforms, and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and modern software development practices is highly desirable.
