  • Hands-on experience with CockroachDB
  • Strong SQL and database design fundamentals
  • Experience with database migration, preferably from PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of high availability, replication, and distributed database architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
  • Scripting experience using Python, Shell, or similar
