Responsibilities Include:
Cultivate an ongoing relationship with pets and their owners by providing exceptional customer service and dog & cat grooming, to include:
Nail trimming
Full Bathing
Drying, brushing and trimming
De-shed
Full-body style cuts
Mat removal and shave downs
Provide high quality grooming while Scheduling team maintains a schedule for you and books your appointments!

We have a full scheduling department that sets up the schedules and assist with the groomer's day.
Qualifications:
Have comfort and desire to work around cats and dogs.  
Willing to safely work with cats and dogs of all sizes and ages.
Attention to detail and time management skills important to be successful as a fulltime groomer.
Good communication skills with peers, customers and manager.
Self-motivated to learn new skills, improve an existing one and/or be willing to be taught pet grooming best practices.  Follow company policy and procedures to observe industry "best practices" standards.
3-year clean driving record a must as you will be driving fully equipped Mercedes Sprinter vans.
Hours per week:  Full Time positions, Monday through Saturday available.  All our schedules are set so that the same days off each week are observed, allowing a better work to life balance.
Commission compensation program, typical groomer annual compensation ranges between $70-$110K+ for fulltime groomers.   Our groomers are among the highest compensated in the industry and we promote a strong work to family life balance.  Along with great pay(commissions and tips) we also provide holiday pay, 2 weeks of paid PTO, 401K (with match) and Medical, Dental and Vision insurance!!
