Sprinter Van Technician
$25.00 - $30.00 Hourly
Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, a Hudson Automotive Company, is seeking motivated and skilled Sprinter Van Technicians to join our growing service team in a newly retrofitted, climate-controlled facility.
We are looking for technicians with automotive, diesel, and Mercedes-Benz experience who are interested in expanding their skills through manufacturer training and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC components.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialty tools to identify concerns.
  • Communicate repair recommendations and repair timelines with Service Advisors.
  • Complete warranty repairs according to Mercedes-Benz specifications.
  • Maintain a high level of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Experience
We welcome candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
  • Mercedes-Benz vehicle service and repair
  • Sprinter Van maintenance and diagnostics
  • Diesel engine diagnostics and repair
  • Automotive electrical diagnosis
  • Fleet vehicle maintenance
  • Light-duty commercial vehicle repair

Additional experience with RV, camper van, or specialty upfit systems is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of automotive or diesel technician experience preferred
  • Mercedes-Benz experience highly valued
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background screening, MVR review, and pre-employment drug testing
