About the job Truck Driver CDL A - Paid Training
American Driver is hiring in Warner Robins, GA. This is an OTR position with a fully paid training program for drivers who are new to the industry and ready to put in the miles.
Warner Robins sits at the heart of central Georgia on I-75 - a natural launching point for Eastern freight lanes that run year-round with consistent volume.
The Training Program:

  • 4-6 weeks fully paid with a dedicated mentor
  • Real freight, real deadlines from the first week
  • Covers ELD operation, HOS compliance, inspections, and daily operations
  • Weekly pay throughout - no waiting to get paid
  • Solo at $0.56 CPM after completion
Day to Day:
  • No-touch dry van freight
  • 60% drop and hook to keep you moving
  • Average 2,200-2,500 miles per week
  • Consistent Eastern routes
  • Day and night runs depending on dispatch
Pay After Training:
  • $0.56-$0.65 CPM based on experience
  • Typical weekly earnings $1,200-$1,500
  • Stop, layover, and breakdown pay on top
  • Six-month pay increase
  • $300 orientation pay
  • Direct deposit every week
Home Time:
  • Home every two weeks on a set schedule

  • Freightliner or Kenworth (2022-2025)
