We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A Owner Operators looking for consistent freight, dedicated routes, and strong weekly earning potential. If you own your truck and want reliable miles with a company that values professionalism, communication, and driver support, we want to hear from you.

This position primarily involves hauling dry van freight throughout the Southwest and surrounding regions, with additional opportunities available for drivers interested in route delivery touch freight.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Haul dry van freight safely and efficiently across regional and OTR routes
  • Operate both touch and no-touch freight loads
  • Additional route delivery opportunities available delivering tires to Discount Tire locations throughout:
    • Texas
    • Arkansas
    • Colorado
    • Louisiana
    • New Mexico
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Ensure freight is secured and delivered safely and on time
  • Maintain accurate logs, trip records, fuel receipts, and required documentation
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and delivery updates
  • Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance
  • Follow all DOT regulations and safety standards

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Valid CDL-A License
  • Minimum 1 year of Regional or OTR driving experience
  • Owner Operator with your own truck
  • Strong understanding of DOT compliance and safety regulations
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
