We are a consumer business operating online and in our growing fleet of retail stores. We operate multiple manufacturing studios that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. The Role

We're seeking a Driver who will be responsible for transporting art and supplies, to and from the Framebridge manufacturing plant to our retail stores. Due to the length of some routes, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel for long periods of time. Drivers will be responsible for assistance in loading, unloading, planning, and preparing appropriately, for each assigned trip. The Framebridge fleet includes Sprinter and Cargo vans. Our drivers will be interacting with our customers as well as our retail team.

As a Driver, You Will:

  • Operate company Sprinter vans on scheduled routes safely and efficiently.

  • Keep a professional and pleasant attitude with retail store employees and potential Framebridge customers.

  • Have a deep care for our customers' art and finished products.

  • Load, secure, and unload artwork and materials with care and accuracy

  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report any issues immediately.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 22 years or older.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR for the past six (6) years.

  • 1+ years of experience operating cargo or Sprinter-type vans preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work early morning shifts.

  • Reliable, professional, and self-directed.

  • Basic smartphone proficiency (for routing and telematics tools).

Salary Information:

The base range is $21/hr - $24/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
