Sprinter Commercial Vans Inventory Specialist -Full Time

Location: Fort Mitchell, KY

Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sprinter Commercial Vans Inventory Specialist to join our team.
This position plays an important role in keeping our Sprinter van inventory organized, accurate, clean, and ready for sale or delivery.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, reliable, and comfortable working around vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Check in new Sprinter van inventory upon arrival
  • Assist with preparation and staging of outgoing vans
  • Verify VINs, invoices, keys, stock numbers, and vehicle details
  • Inspect vehicles for damage, missing accessories, or delivery issues
  • Communicate any inventory concerns to management
  • Help organize and maintain the Sprinter van lot
  • Assist with local deliveries of vans to customers and vendors
  • Move vehicles as needed throughout the dealership property
  • Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers
  • Assist with locating keys, vehicles, and inventory paperwork
  • Support the Sprinter sales and management team with day-to-day inventory needs
  • Help ensure vehicles are properly displayed and easy to access
  • Assist with dealer trades, vehicle photos, and delivery preparation when needed

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable driving and parking larger commercial vans
  • Ability to work outside in different weather conditions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
