Job Requirements:• Valid Class A CDL• Minimum one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience• Local experience may be considered only when supported by previous verifiable OTR experience• Must be at least 21 years old• Must meet all CTI and DOT qualification requirements• Must have or be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement• Expected to obtain Hazmat within 90 days or demonstrate active progress toward completion• Not eligible if previously enrolled in the DOT SAP program• Must be willing to operate as part of a team• Must communicate effectively with the co-driver and dispatch

Job Description:CDL-A TEAM RELAY | UP TO $1,950 WEEKLY PER DRIVERRun a dedicated terminal-to-terminal relay between CTI’s terminals in Springfield, Missouri and Kingman, Arizona.Drivers may be based at either terminal. Teams transport loaded refrigerated trailers from one CTI terminal to the other and return. There are no customer deliveries, unloading or multiple-stop routes—just consistent freight between the two terminals.RELAY PAY – PAID TO EACH DRIVER• First round trip: $600 per driver• Second round trip: $650 per driver• Third round trip: $700 per driver• Complete three round trips and earn up to $1,950 weekly per driverThe listed amounts are paid to each individual driver and are not split between the team.WHAT WE OFFER• Dedicated Springfield-to-Kingman relay lane• Up to $1,950 weekly per driver• 100% no-touch freight• Terminal-to-terminal runs• Consistent miles and dependable freight• Weekly direct deposit• Late-model, well-maintained equipment• Medical, dental, vision and life insurance• Company-matched 401(k), up to 7.5%• Driver-referral bonuses• Slip-seat operationQUALIFICATIONSAt least one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience is required. Local driving experience alone does not satisfy this requirement unless supported by previous verifiable OTR experience.A Hazmat endorsement is not required when applying. Drivers must have the endorsement or be willing to obtain it. Drivers are expected to complete the process within 90 days of hire or demonstrate active progress toward completion.
