Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Branch Office Specialist. The Branch Office Specialist supports the operations of the Branch by assisting customers and employees. Provide a professional, courteous and helpful atmosphere by being the face and voice of the Branch. Answer all incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate person or location. Greets customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors and assures that they are directed or escorted to the proper office or location. Performs office and clerical tasks as assigned by the Regional Accounting Manager and Branch Manager. *Responsible for greeting all visitors.
  • Routes all incoming calls.
  • Prepares and delivers the daily bank deposit.
  • Scans documents for use by Regional and Corporate offices.
  • Processes payables and purchase orders.
  • Orders office supplies.
  • Performs billing functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word proficient.
  • Previous office experience required.
  • Accounting degree or accounting work experience preferred but not required.
