TheClient Data Specialist(CDS) isclient-facing position, functioning independently or as part of a specialized team.

TheCDSis assigned to a portfolio of client accounts. TheCDSis responsible forhelping navigatethe set up and maintenance of aregular data feed from aclient's Human Resource datato support all projects within Press Ganey's Employee Experience business includingannual engagement surveys for employees and physicians, milestone surveys (onboarding and exit), and self-serve pulse surveys (and future products).This role works closely with the client to formulate solutionsandprovide recommendationsin accordance withthe client's timeline and unique needs.

The CDS partners with upstream requirements owners and downstream operations teams to ensure end-to-end data integration quality, this requires ability to handle large data sets and understand, define and document data configuration requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leadsclientsthroughingress ofdatafromclient'sHRISsystemto PG systemsfrominitialconversations outlining process through testing andfinalizingdata file and update plan

  • Advisesclient on how to maximize the value of theirpartnership with Press Ganeyfor engagement surveys including employee, physician, and nursing-specific projects

  • Drafts andmaintainsdata rules to ensureaccuratedata,identifymissing data, andhelp client updatedata, as needed

  • Adheres to deadlines to ensure overall client deliverables are executed as scheduled

  • Collaborates with client and internal teamto develop plans forsharing data ina timelyfashionthat ensure accuracyand availabilityof thedatafor projects

  • Provide support for service failures/recovery

  • Act as an effective member of a team and cross-team product group

  • Performs standard data integration configurations

  • Cascades requirements to downstream teams and checks configuration accuracy

  • Confirms requirements accuracy and completeness with upstream teams

  • Updates upstream teams of configuration request status

  • Escalates operational risks and SOP deviations to managers

  • Ensure accurate and timely data integration delivery while adhering to SOPs and quality standards

  • Track tasks, mitigate risks, and escalate blockers proactively

  • Document integration decisions and maintain up-to-date records

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of health care, qualityimprovementor project management experience

  • Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customersand/or data setsis preferred

  • Use ofdemonstratedanalytical skills toidentify, research, and solve complex problems with a sense of urgency

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) withdemonstratedhigher level Excel skills preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to question, probe, and/or challenge clientsin order toensure the client's ultimate needs are met

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field isrequired

Additional Job Description

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50,000to $55,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
