Location: Spring Lake Middle School (7th & 8th Grades)
Hours: 6.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday
Date Available: August 2026
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred; Workkeys or Parapro Assessment may be required if less than 60 credit hours
- Experience working with students or individuals with special needs preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Willingness to learn and implement instructional and behavioral strategies
