Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough evaluations and assessments are conducted.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with a focus on real-world application.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accountability and transparency.

Qualifications
