Salary:$65,000.00 per year, based on experience

About the Opportunity

Rainbow Greenhouses is hiring an Executive Assistant to our General Manager, whereyou'llplay a key role in keeping leadership organized, informed, and ahead of the curve.You'llanticipatethe GM's needs, manage competing priorities, and provide reliable support through our high-volume seasons and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by variety, to work closely with senior leadership and gain valuable insight into how a growing operation is run

Key Responsibilities

Bring structure, clarity, and steadiness to the role. You are a strong communicator with excellent judgment who can filter information and stay ahead of the GM's needs. You understand how to protect time, manage priorities, and ensure preparedness.

  • Manage leadership's calendar, commitments, communications, and priorities.
  • Ensure leadership is prepared for meetings, travel, deadlines, and seasonal demands.
  • Anticipate needs before they are expressed.
  • Filter, prioritize, and escalate information appropriately.
  • Draft and refine written communications.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain systems that ensure an organized, predictable workflow.
  • Operate with discretion and confidentiality at all times.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Programs(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
  • Proven critical thinking, strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to createorderfrom complexity and clarity from ambiguity.
  • Strong filing and records management skills, both digital and physical, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work extended or irregular hours during peak Spring season.
  • Comfort with fixed in-office hours and remote responsiveness outside office hours.
