Regional And Dedicated CDL-A Drivers Needed!

Universal Logistics is seeking regional and dedicated CDL-A drivers out of Spring Hill, TN. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company offering competitive pay, dedicated freight, multiple lane options, and reliable home time.

Pay & Compensation

Tier 1 (0–6 Months of Service)

  • $25.00/hour
  • $0.56 CPM
  • $11.00 stop-off pay

Tier 2 (6–12 Months of Service)

  • $26.00/hour
  • $0.58 CPM
  • $12.00 stop-off pay

Tier 3 (1+ Year of Service)

  • $27.00/hour
  • $0.60 CPM
  • $13.00 stop-off pay

Position Details

  • Regional lanes running throughout TN, IL, OH, and NC
  • Dedicated lanes serving TN, AL, MS, and NC
  • Home every other day on many regional routes
  • Home daily opportunities available
  • Multiple lanes available
  • Consistent freight and steady miles
  • Year-round work

  • No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

  • Current DOT Medical Card (minimum 1-year card)
  • Must pass DOT drug screen
