A few details about the role:

  • Conduct daily quality assurance inspections in health center, apartment, guest rooms and all common areas to ensure work is up to standard and act promptly when needed.
  • Inspect guest rooms on a standard basis to ensure cleanliness and excellent show appearance. Any items or conditions that need improvement must be communicated to the director.
  • Inspect all new moves in apartments for cleaning quality.
  • Coordinate and assist with room transfers in health care areas.
  • Coordinate spring cleaning projects.
  • Coordinate the work schedules and procedures of the department.
  • Ensure that all department team members have completed training of all equipment, chemicals, and community policies/procedures annually and training forms documented once complete.
  • Inspect equipment daily to determine repair, maintenance needs and cleanliness/safety of equipment.
  • Monitor all supplies/equipment used in the daily operations of the department, daily.
  • Chemical/supply/equipment inventories conducted monthly; order needed items within maintained budget.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A state issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
