Position Summary
The Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Administrator / Functional Analyst is responsible for
administering, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and
related HCM applications. This role partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits,
Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll
processing while supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules and integrations.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Administer Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production).
  • Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and
  • Labor, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Journeys, and Help Desk.
  • Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, payroll definitions, payment methods, costing, legislative data groups, and payroll relationships.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, BI
  • Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and Spreadsheet Loader templates.
  • Support payroll processing, retroactive pay, costing, tax updates, year-end processing
  • (W-2), and payroll reconciliation.
  • Implement and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs,
  • HDL, and HCM Extracts.
  • Manage security roles, data roles, SSO/Identity Domains, and user provisioning.
  • Perform quarterly Oracle Cloud update testing, regression testing, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and work with Oracle Support on Service Requests.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and functional guidance.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation and support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and HCM business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates.
