Join our team in Whitewater, WI and put your finishing expertise to work. As an Electrostatic Powder Finish Specialist, you’ll handle everything from surface prep to final inspection so every product meets strict quality and durability targets.

What you’ll handle
  • Surface preparation: clean, sand, and mask parts to spec.
  • Equipment operation: set up and run powder spray guns and curing ovens.
  • Coating application: mix and apply powders to match required colors and finishes.
  • Quality checks: verify coverage and finish; tweak parameters when needed.
  • Workplace standards: keep the area neat and follow safety procedures.
  • Team results: coordinate with coworkers to meet output and schedule goals.
  • Upkeep: complete routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
What you bring to the booth
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Experience in powder coating or similar finishing preferred.
