Our skilled professionals combine cutting-edge technology with expert craftsmanship to deliver visually striking and durable signage tailored to our clients' unique needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented industrial spray paint technician to join our wholesale sign manufacturing team. In this role, you will utilize advanced surface preparation techniques, state-of-the-art spray equipment, and proven painting methods to inspect, prepare, blend, and finish signage surfaces. You will work with various substrates, including aluminum and plastic, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets both aesthetic and durability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety. While prior spray-painting experience is a plus, we are eager to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paint and finish various substrates, such as aluminum and plastic, to meet quality standards.
  • Set up and operate blast pot and nozzle equipment for surface preparation.
  • Mix and apply paints or coatings using spray equipment and other tools.
  • Notify managers of inventory needs for paints, coatings, and supplies.
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Utilize strong vision abilities, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment, to ensure precision in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous spray-painting experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided for motivated candidates.
  • Ability to work with various substrates and coatings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Details:

This is an on-site position. Office hours are Monday – Thursday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

This is a full-time position. Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.

Compensation:  Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level
