The Spouse and Family Treatment Care Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a remote capacity. As a full-time LMFT, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing tailored treatment plans, conducting therapeutic sessions, and providing crisis intervention for a diverse range of clients. This position will require you to address the needs of families, couples, and individuals facing challenges such as addiction, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and various other mental health issues.

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being an integral part of our support team. You will be utilizing telehealth platforms to provide therapy and engage with clients from various demographics. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings for clients of varying ages, ensuring a full understanding of their unique needs and circumstances.
• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to address issues related to mental health, substance abuse, and relationship dynamics.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, and utilize goal setting and progress monitoring techniques to assess outcomes.
• Coordinate effectively with external mental health service providers and community organizations to enhance patient care and resource availability.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

As an LMFT at our clinic, you will be working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in counseling gender-related issues and effectively addressing the unique needs of families in crisis. A deep understanding of addiction treatment, coping with chronic pain, and addressing anxiety and depression in diverse cultural contexts is critical to the success of our clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.
• An active and appropriate California License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and report findings effectively.
• Competency in utilizing data for treatment planning, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and interpret various data representations.

• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques to effectively manage acute mental health situations.

The compensation for this full-time LMFT position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
