PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Ensure correct equipment is available for games, and proper set up of all play areasEnsure games start on time and are scored accuratelyMonitor all game play areas including turf and courtsMaintain and control trash in all areas of the park and buildingsMonitor, maintain and service restrooms in all areas of the parks and buildingsConsistently communicate issues and relevant updates to your supervisor and applicable team members Assist with the coordination of all programming and applicable events Assist other departments as necessaryComplete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementGreet guests and provide answers and directions as neededProvide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staffReport all incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations to General Manager, AGM, or MODKnow and enforce the facility's policies, procedures, and rulesAll other duties as assigned by managementTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:A basic understanding of sports or experience having played baseball, softball, soccer, football, lacrosse, basketball, and/or pickleballEvent experienceStrong eye for detail and safety compliance Proven success in being a quality team memberExperience and success in customer service, leadership, and organizationAction-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiencyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Can work with a wide variety of age groupsFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitment to the safety and wellbeing of othersHave sports experience or an interest to learnWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time outdoorsMay be required to work in all types of weatherFacility has intermittent noiseMust be able to walk intermittently
