Job description

Urgent Care Openings - Roseburg, OR70 miles from EugenePosition Details:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Work schedule ‚Äì Average 32 hours/week.
  • 8 or 10 hour shifts
  • Average patients per day: can be 40 ‚Äì 50 patients per day in a 12-hour period. It is a very busy UC and sees a high acuity of patients.
  • Multispecialty group with OB/Gyn, Peds, Internal Med, Endocrinology, Endoscopy, Behavioral Health, and UC. 60+ providers, with a great retention rate.
  • Compensation/Benefits:
  • Salary: MGMA median to start $287,520 with 6,136 wRVUs. Any wRVUs over the median is paid in bonus. The multiplier is: $45.90/wRVU.
  • Benefits: the group pays 100% of health, dental, and vision for providers and their family. 401k with a 6% match. The group pays LTD, and malpractice. CME of $7,000 and 40 hours, in addition to the hired candidates' PTO of 160 hours to start.
  • Sign on for physicians of $25,000
  • Moving expenses of $10,000.

The North Umpqua River which runs through our town is world famous for its fly fishing, hiking trails and waterfalls. Roseburg, where our main clinics are located, is a town of about 25,000. We have surrounding small towns and unincorporated farming communities such that the population we serve is 110,000.
