About Us:
O'Malley Sports Center is a community-focused facility offering a variety of recreational sports and activities for all ages. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Recreational Sports Attendant to help us provide an excellent experience for our guests.

Position Overview:
As a Recreational Sports Attendant, you'll be responsible for overseeing facility operations, ensuring safety, assisting with sports activities, and providing top-notch customer service. You’ll also perform light janitorial duties and help with special events, ensuring the facility remains clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise facility use, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Assist with sports activities and special events.
  • Enforce safety rules and ensure proper equipment use.
  • Provide customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Perform light janitorial duties and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a sports, recreational, or customer service setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or must be obtained within 60 days.
  • Availability for both morning and evening shifts, including weekends.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active for extended periods.
