Position Summary
This is a high-energy sales position responsible for generating appointments, handling retention efforts, and providing top-tier customer service.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making 75-100 outbound calls per day, handling inbound inquiries, calling for missed payments, and following up with both new and old leads. This is a position that requires comfortability with outbound phone calls, and requires morning availability IN PERSON.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in fitness sales, customer service, and member retention.
Compensation: Hourly + Performance Bonuses
Hours: 8am to 11am Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to new and existing leads
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries with a strong focus on speed-to-lead
  • Book free trials and performance assessments
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and client communication
  • Build relationships with members and prospects to maximize retention and referrals

Qualifications
  • Fitness sales experience required (gym memberships, personal training, wellness, or related industry)
  • Experience selling personal training packages or high-ticket fitness services strongly preferred
  • Comfortable making 75-100+ outbound calls daily
  • Proven ability to close sales both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and competitive personality
  • Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals

Preferred Qualifications
  • Personal Trainer Certification/sports background preferred
  • Experience with lead coverage, KPI tracking, and customer service
