  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, finance, partnerships) to ensure client requests are met and services are delivered efficiently.
  • Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into ENA Sports Group.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to relevant departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of services and offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, communication logs, and service histories.
  • Educate clients on ENA Sports Group's full range of services, identifying opportunities for additional support and value.

  • Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their best interests are represented in all discussions and decisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or talent management industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
  • A genuine passion for sports and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by athletes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Traits

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments and when handling sensitive situations.
  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on making genuine connections.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
