Epoch Sports is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Mobile Marketing Associate to join our team. This entry to mid-level position will report directly to the Vice President and serve as a font-facing representative of the Epoch Sports brand at mobile marketing events across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mobile marketing initiatives ranging from grassroots community engagement to on-site product sales. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sports and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute mobile marketing events including tournaments, clinics, camps, trade shows, and community sports events
  • Manage all event logistics including setup, breakdown, transportation, and inventory management
  • Develop event schedules and ensure seamless execution of marketing activities
  • Grassroots Marketing
  • Build and nurture relationships with local lacrosse clubs, leagues, coaches and athletic programs
  • Identify and pursue grassroots marketing opportunities to expand brand awareness
  • Engage directly with athletes, parents, and sports communities to promote Epoch Sports products and values
  • On-site Sales
  • Manage on-site product displays and sales operations at event
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
  • Meet and exceed sales targets during mobile marketing activations
  • Brand Representation
  • Serve as a front-facing ambassador for Epoch Sports at all events

  • Administration & Reporting
  • Report directly to the Vice President on event outcomes, sales performance and marketing insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or sales
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
