Job Summary
Looking for a motivated student assistant basketball coach with strong communication and leadership abilities with a passion for helping student-athletes improve both on and off the court
Responsibilities
¿ Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college's mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies
¿ Assist coaching staff with practice planning, skill development, and weights
¿ Assist with film software and scouting reports
¿ Assist with organizing community service events
¿ Support game-day operations, including equipment setup
¿ Encourage teamwork, communication, and positive sportsmanship
¿ Help monitor class attendance and study hall sessions
¿ Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
¿ Currently enrolled as a GHC student in good academic standing
¿ Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, while currently in a course of study related to the occupational field
¿ Interest or experience in photography, social media, or sports broadcasting
¿ Must be available to work evening/weekend hours during home games
Proposed Salary
$12.00 per hour
